How much flexibility is there for route design & ticketing options?
You have complete control to design the services as you need to. You are able build your routes using pick ups and drop offs that are created using a Lat/Long, title and text description. Our ticketing options are varied and include single, return, fixed period tickets (eg. weekly, monthly, termly) and flexible ride credit bundles.
How will the passenger revenue be transferred to me?
Passenger revenue performance will be reported through the reporting section of Zeeride’s admin platform in real time. The revenue will be transferred to your nominated bank account on a monthly basis, processed on the first 2 working days of a new calendar month.
Is there any training and support available?
Zeeride users will have access to all the training and technical support required to ensure the smooth operation of services on the platform. Firstly our On-boarding team will run a number of on-line 1:1 interactive tutorials with you to introduce and train you on the system. You will then have access to online help guides and how-to videos, along with a technical support phone line and email address in case you get stuck.
How do I start using Zeeride?
At present we are wishing to work with a small group of operators to develop the platform to best serve our customers. Follow the link on this page to register interest to be part of this group. We only have a limited number of spaces but we will increase the size of this group over the next few months. So don’t fear ! If you aren’t able to get access to the platform in the first group you may only be on the waiting list for a short period!
What reporting will I be able to access?
You will have access to reports sent to your inbox that will include data on ridership, number of unique users and ticket revenue. During your on-boarding process you can stipulate the frequency you wish to receive these reports.
