Introduction

By participating in the competition you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions.The competition is being run by Zeelo.

Eligibility to Enter

‍

The competition is open to entrants over 16 years of age. Zeelo employees and associates are excluded from the draw. The competition is only valid for associates of those employed by the contracted company that Zeelo has partnered with to run this competition. 

‍

By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you. 

‍

Entry to the competition is managed through the Zeelo booking app, via rides booked. One ride booked and boarded is equal to one competition entry. There is no limit to the number of entries during the outlined competition period.

‍

The Prize

‍

The winning prize will be 4 weeks worth of free Zeelo service travel to the winner’s place of employment. 

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.

Should the winner need to defer the acceptance of the prize for reasons such as annual leave, there is a maximum allowance of 2 months for deferral.

We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.

‍

Zeelo’s decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner Announcement

‍

The winner will be chosen at random and notified via the email address provided on the Zeelo account used to book rides throughout the competition.

‍

Zeelo will make two attempts to contact the winner via email.

‍

If the winner does not respond to the emails informing them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Zeelo reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.

‍

Delivery of the Prize 

‍

The prize of 4 weeks worth of free Zeelo service travel will be redeemable through a unique promo code, which will be emailed to the winner in the week following the closing of the competition.

‍

This promo code will be attached to the account used to book rides throughout the competition period by the individual winner. It is not to be shared and will be monitored closely to ensure user compliance.

Data Protection and Publicity

‍

You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by Zeelo for the purposes of administering the competition and for other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.

‍

All entrants may request information on the winning participant by emailing the Zeelo Customer Care Team via contact@zeelo.co

The winner will be approached for a testimonial on their Zeelo experience to be used only by Zeelo for Marketing and PR purposes. The winner’s first name and workplace might also be announced on Zeelo’s social media channels and newsletters.

Limitation of Liability

‍

Zeelo accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.

Zeelo reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
