Zeelo introduced fixed route services across eight locations with the capability to scale up during peak periods, operating 20 daily routes with 23 vehicles managed by 10 operator partners. Utilizing a full technology stack, Zeelo provided centralized reporting for procurement teams and integrated rider and driver apps. Zeelo's booking platform allowed Avara Foods employees to book and pay for their own tickets across the eight sites, significantly reducing the time spent organizing transport and simplifying payroll deductions. By taking over the existing service as the sole supplier, Zeelo streamlined cost management and centralized operations, enhancing efficiency and minimizing the administrative burdens facilitating the logistics in-house.
